Our Deluxe Overseed Lawn mix is a budget-friendly way to rejuvenate your lawn, and fill in those bald spots. The seed mixture contains a healthy amount of Kentucky Bluegrass, as well as endophyte enhanced lateral-spread  Perennial Rye grasses that will quickly fill in open areas, and Red Fescue for those locations where the conditions are not suitable to Bluegrass.

For overseeding the spread rate is 400 sq. ft. per lbs. of seed.
