The wire is 10 AWG 1000 Volt rated “PV Wire” stamped, CSA and UL approved for Canada and the USA.

This is General Cable type 12411.711100, a very flexible XLPE, multi-stranded wire. You can find the specs in the ‘Documents’ section. The wire carries the following markings:
