EPSolar – EPEver BLE RJ45 A

The EPSolar – EPEver BLE RJ45 A Bluetooth adapter connects an EP Solar charge controller to your IOS or Android phone. It makes for an easy way to change all the charge controller settings, including all battery settings such as boost/absorb Voltage, and equalize Voltage (be sure to select the “user” battery type first, that is the only profile that allows for individual battery settings).

Please note that despite the title on the box saying “Serial Port to Ethernet” is a Chinlish misnomer.  It does not connect anything to Ethernet. This unit ONLY connects EPEver charge controllers to Bluetooth!

Look for the “EPEver Pair” App in your favorite app store on IOS or Android. To connect the App to the unit, enable Bluetooth on your phone, start the App, and connect directly from the App. Do not try to pair from your phone’s Bluetooth device menu! That won’t work. When we tested this, the device’s “link” LED never lit up, it did however pair up and communicate just fine. Overall the App is a little rough around the edges, but it got the job done.
