Kinetic K45SGMxx-LG

Kinetic Solar’s K45SGM-LG 45° Static Ground Mount is the LARGE version of Kinetic’s K45SGMxx-G ground mount. This is a robust, quick and easy to install, cost-effective rack built on a high-strength steel frame with integrated aluminum Deckel rail segments. This hybrid design delivers exceptional structural performance with a standardized interface for faster installation, broad compatibility, and long-term durability. Purpose-built for Canadian conditions, it is engineered to perform reliably in demanding climates.

Modules from 1137 x 2450mm (44.7″ x 96.5″) up to 1305 x 2386mm (51.3″  x 93.9″) are supported. For smaller modules there is a regular-format version of this ground mount, Kinetic Solar’s K45SGMxx-LG.

The 45° tilt-angle ensures maximum solar energy production for both grid-tie annually, and is a good compromise for off-grid systems to ensure both winter and summer solar yield.

The aluminum Deckel rail ensures that standard Kinetic Solar accessories can be used, such as regular mid- and end-clamps, ground lug mounts, and the various accessory and micro-inverter mounts.

The Static Ground Mount is permit-ready with pre-engineered regional drawings stamped by a local third party professional engineer.

Structural steel members provide primary load capacity, while integrated aluminum Deckel rail segments provide a familiar mounting interface. The fixed 45° tilt optimizes energy production, snow shedding and structural capacity. Engineered for a climatic load of (Q1/50) wind load of up to 0.7kPa, snow load of 2.5kPa, and a rain load of 0.4 kPa.

These ground mounts drop-ship directly from Kinetic Solar in Toronto via truck-freight. Shipping cost is not included in the price. So even for pickup from our Kemptville warehouse there will be a shipping fee. The foundation and foundation hardware is not included.
