MidNite Solar CLASSIC 200-SL

The Classic 200-SL MPPT Charge Controller is a simplified solar PV only version of the Classic 200 with streamlined menus. The Classic 200-SL has a graphics front panel and ground fault (GFI) but no arc-fault (AFCI) or Ethernet capabilities (for PC monitoring). Since AFCI is missing this charge controller will not meet CEC electrical code requirements. There is also no battery temperature sensor (BTS) included with the controller, this is an optional add-on. Other than the mentioned items, it is identical to the ‘full’ Classic 200.

The MidNite Classic-200-SL has a maximum output current of 79 amps, an operating voltage of 200 Volt, and it can work with 12 through 72 Volt battery banks. As with the whole Classic Line, the Classic 200-SL has MidNite’s exclusive HyperVOC which extends input Voltage limits when needed, to avoid damage.
