Solstice 285F

The Solstice 285F is a chest freezer that runs directly on 12 or 24 Volt DC, so no inverter is needed and the losses of constantly running an inverter are avoided. The Solstice provides a generous 10 cu. ft. in storage space (285 litres). Efficient insulation and a very reliable Secop DC compressor result in just 720 Watt-hour energy use per average day. It is a perfect addition for a cottage, off-grid residence, or camp.

Warranty is 2 years on the compressor and controller, everything else is covered by a 1 year warranty. In case of commercial use the warranty is reduced to 90 days.
